We arrive 60–90 minutes before guests, set everything up, do a full safety walk-through, and return to break it all down. You just show up and enjoy the party.

Yes. Every rental includes delivery, full setup, safety walk-through, and teardown. You don't lift a finger — and we usually arrive 60–90 minutes before guests.
Grass is ideal. We also set up on artificial turf, concrete patios, asphalt driveways, and most indoor venues. Just let us know during booking so we bring the right anchoring.
You can reschedule or convert to studio credit up to 24 hours before delivery — no fees, no questions. We watch the radar with you.
Yes. Party Lab carries general liability insurance, and every piece is professionally inspected annually plus checked before each rental.
